Right now Shrey is heads-down on OsmoSync's third major release, the eval and observability layer for production B2B AI. Writing one essay per week for AI OS by Shrey. Saying no to new clients, podcasts, and conference invites until the release ships. This page updates when reality changes, not on a schedule.

Building

The eval and observability layer at OsmoSync.

We're shipping the part of the AI OS that lets a B2B company actually trust their agents: regression evals tied to real customer outcomes, full-fidelity traces, and a debugger that doesn't make you guess.

  • Closing the third major release of OsmoSync this quarter.
  • Hands-on inside three customer deployments. Pairing with their engineers, not over the wall.
  • Hiring one founding engineer. Quietly.
Writing

One essay per week. No exceptions.

Working on a longer piece called Outcomes over usage. Researching how a few B2B AI vendors are pricing in 2026 and which ones look survivable. Open to talking to operators thinking about this.

Not doing
  • Not taking on new clients outside OsmoSync's current cohort.
  • Not doing podcast guests until July.
  • Not running paid courses or cohorts.
  • Not posting on LinkedIn for the rest of the quarter.
