Who I am

In three lines.

Shrey Vaughn is the founder of OsmoSync, an AI infrastructure company that builds the operating system B2B businesses run on. He writes AI OS by Shrey, a weekly newsletter on Beehiiv covering AI infrastructure, sales systems, and what actually ships in production. Based wherever the work is.

I'm a founder and operator. I've spent the last few years building production AI systems for B2B companies, pipeline engines, content infrastructure, internal agents, and watching every off-the-shelf solution fail the moment a workflow needed to think.

OsmoSync is the company I built around that work. We design and ship the AI Operating System a B2B business actually runs on.

Heads-down on OsmoSync's third major release, the eval and observability layer that's been sitting in the foundation slot for too long. Writing one essay a week, no exceptions. Reading less news, more papers. Saying no to most podcasts until the release ships.
