About Shrey Vaughn

I went from a $30 storage room to the biggest rooms in the world.

I'm the founder of OsmoSync. This is the real story: how I started, where I am now, and how I'm rebuilding in public.

2023 · Where it started

A 12 by 8 foot room for $30 a month.

In 2023 I lived in my landlord's storage room. It had a broken bed, two storage containers full of someone else's things, and barely enough space for a desk.

I was broke and desperate to build my AI business. That desk was where I tried.

2025 · Sharing the work

Then I started posting what we were building.

In 2025 I began sharing on LinkedIn what we were learning and building, for ourselves and for clients. My first post flopped. So did my tenth. I kept improving, and my twentieth went viral.

Here is what one of those posts did.

LinkedIn post announcing a 32-agent AI native GTM team with 608 reactions, 792 comments and 23 reposts
One of the posts that blew up: 608 reactions, 792 comments, 23 reposts.

The calendar filled up behind it.

Our booking calendar, June 2025 to June 2026.

We booked more calls than we had space to take. At a $6,000 average deal size, the calendar was carrying close to $1.4M in potential pipeline in a month.

Messages arrived from Andy Elliott, and executives at billion-dollar companies, including the director of Grant Cardone Capital. Founders and CEOs of billion-dollar companies wrote in, and podcast invites followed.

For about six months, I was living well.

The mistake

My whole business depended on one platform's mercy.

In all that motion I made a mistake I couldn't see. If that platform stopped working, my business stopped with it.

It stopped. The LinkedIn system that drove our growth no longer produced the same results.

Around the same time, my partners and I went our separate ways.

New company. A blank page.

Now · The rebuild

Same work. New foundation.

I'm running OsmoSync and doing the work we used to do, with a new foundation. This time I'm doing it differently.

First, I post on every platform: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. That is how I find clients, and it is where I share everything I know.

Second, I journal the build, the highs and the lows, unfiltered, so you can see what works and what doesn't.

  • Every platform: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
  • Every build: shared as I go
  • Every low: shown, not hidden
